Very comfortable , spacious, and good food, the buffet was closed but we ordered food and was good. But I’ve been to the buffet before and it was good! The shower head can use more pressure when water coming out but other than that everything was nice and comfortable
The variety of the food was amazing! Fresh fruits, delicious soups, and a cook to make what ever you were wanting breakfast-wise. The waiters were always checking and refilling your drinks, or bringing what ever drink you ask for. The environment was clean and cool, and so were the bathrooms. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
I've stayed in this hotel a couple of times in the past year, it has a good location if you are doing business in the area, the rooms are clean but quite dated, the reason why I came back was both the friendly staff and the buffet
Always good service. Recommend. Have stayed here multiple times. Keep coming back. This is a good place and good value. I will continue to keep coming back. Parking can be tight when fully occupied. If you're pulling even a small trailer you won't find a parking spot. Expect the Wi-Fi to be slow when fully occupied.
I have stayed here a dozen times. I always feel welcome and my wife and I really like the atmosphere. The pool is nice and lively and the hotel has a very positive and upbeat feel to it. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the staff is friendly. The hotel is also pet friendly which is awesome because we always travel with our German Shepard's. They also have the all day buffet which is good and reasonably priced. I highly recommend!!!
It was a good stay, nothing too fancy for $90 a night. If you want a quiet stay, ask to be away from the pool. The staff was amazing. They do make you feel welcome and safe
Very clean establishment, staff is very helpful and friendly. Buffet on site is decent, food quality was average. Only real complaint is they don't allow you to bring food/snacks/drinks into to pool area because they have an outdoor bar and menu items you must order from at the pool. So, eat and drink what they serve at the pool or you'll have to eat and drink your own outside the pool area. All in all, a nice place.
Wasn't expecting much but the photos on Google Maps were not lying. It's a stunning hotel. I stayed in the Jr. Suite and it was spacious and well decorated. Many amenities; gym and pool open all day and night. Buffet is available during the day. More importantly, staff was excellent. No better staff than I've seen at this hotel. They are ready, willing and able to answer any questions you may have and help you if there's any problems, same with the buffet, the waiter was excellent. Definetly coming back to this hotel. Me and my wife decided this is our hotel in Hermosillo for future trips.
